About RYAA
RYAA is a faith-based youth sports organization that seeks to develop the character, families, and faith of the communities of East Palo Alto and east Menlo Park. We do that by creating programs that allow children to learn and play a sport, while also learning about the Bible, faith in God, and good character. The key to the program is you, a caring adult that is willing to dedicate time and impart wisdom to the youth of our community.
Description
The Sponsorship Coordinator works with area businesses to recruit sponsorship for the league. Sponsorships for the league may be financial, or may be free products, discounts, coupons, etc.
RYAA can make avaiable a number or incentives for sponsors, including advertising on uniforms, balls or at the field, team photos, and thank you gifts.
Requirements
To be an effective Sponsorship Coordinator, you should:
- Have a professional appearance
- Be friendly and outgoing
- Be organized
Commitment
Estimated Weekly Time Commitment: 2-3 hours
Your time will be flexible, but will be split between contacting new sponsors, following up on current sponsors, and implementing the appreciation steps to sponsorship.
