The EPACT Education Fund is the educational adjunct of EPACT, the East Palo Alto Council of Tenants. The aim of both EPACT and EPACT Education Fund is to mobilize and assist tenants to defend the rights of the tenant community in East Palo Alto, prevent unlawful evictions, and ensure affordable, safe, and habitable living conditions for low-income residents.

 The East Palo Alto Council of Tenants (EPACT) Education Fund holds its regular monthly meeting the second Friday of every month at 7:00 p.m.  

We are currently holding our meetings in the  Recreation Room of Palo Mobile Estates.  Palo Mobile Estates is located at 1885 East Bayshore Road, which is just beyond the intersection of Pulgas Avenue and East Bayshore Road.  East Bayshore Road runs parallel to Highway 101 on the east side closest to San Francisco Bay.  The Recreation Hall is just beyond the entrance to Palo Mobile Estates, East Palo Alto's larger of the two remaining mobile home parks.
