The San Francisquito Creek Joint Powers Authority (SFCJPA) will hold its monthly meeting at 4:00 pm this Thursday, November 20, 2008, at the East Palo Alto City Council Chambers. This agency is the caretaker for the creek, its levees, and the surrounding environment. Its meetings rotates among the participating cities of Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and East Palo Alto.

Please attend to hear the latest information about planning for the Early Implementation Project (EIP) to provide near-term flood damage reduction as a response to unmet need left by lack of Federal Funding. Your attendance will show your concern for the safety of East Palo Alto citizens who live near the creek.
